2. Mobile par chalti hai? (Does it work on mobile?)

Yes! Sarkit is fully responsive and works on any smartphone browser. Open sarkit.nayacloud.com on Chrome or Safari on your mobile. No app download required — though we recommend adding it to your home screen for a native app experience.

3. Kitne users add kar sakte hain?

4. Data safe hai? (Is my data secure?)

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) on Google Cloud Platform. We take daily automated backups. We never sell your data to third parties. You own your data 100%.

5. Products kaise add karein?

Go to Dashboard → Products → Add Product. You can add one by one or bulk import from an Excel/CSV file. You can also scan barcodes using your phone camera to auto-fill product details.

6. Password bhool gaye? (Forgot my password)

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page at sarkit.nayacloud.com/login. Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link within 2 minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp.

7. Plan kaise change karein? (How to upgrade/downgrade?)

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. You can upgrade immediately (prorated billing) or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. All your data is preserved during plan changes.

8. Internet ke bina kaam karta hai? (Offline mode?)

Sarkit is a cloud-based POS and requires an internet connection for real-time sync. However, the POS terminal caches recent data locally so brief connectivity interruptions (a few minutes) won't interrupt billing. Full offline mode is on our roadmap.

9. Receipt kaise print karein? (How to print receipts?)

After completing a sale, click "Print Receipt." Sarkit supports standard thermal printers (58mm and 80mm) via browser printing. You can also send a digital receipt directly to the customer's WhatsApp. Configure your printer in Settings → Hardware.
